1. General
The following general terms and conditions apply to all business activities between the customer and the Swiss Music Edition (in the following referred to as SME). The general terms and conditions are accepted automatically with the execution of an order.
2. Right of cancellation
The orders executed are final. The customer has no right of cancellation for the executed order. The ordered items cannot be returned. The customer has to check for any damage or shortcomings directly upon reception of the order. Any damages or shortcomings must be immediately communicated to the SME.
3. Prices
The prices are valid as indicated on the order date and as communicated on the website. The prices do not include any packaging or delivery costs.
4. Conditions of payment
The SME is offering the following payment options:
- Invoice
- PayPal (credit card)
An invoice accompanying the delivery has to be paid within 30 days.
5. Shipping
The scores can be ordered in the following formats:
- Digital (PDF): no surcharge
- Printed (without binding): 15% surcharge
- Printed (with binding): 15% surcharge plus a flat charge of 5.00 CHF
The printed scores are sent by post.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
All scores remain the property of the SME until the payment has been received in full.
7. Final clause
All scores sold by the SME are manuscripts, handwritings or digitizations made by the private composers. The SME does its best to check the scores for legibility and quality. If certain scores do not meet the quality standard, the SME will contact the customer immediately. However, the SME does not accept any liability for the contents of the scores.
