Biography
* 21. 07. 1962.
- Attends primary school, secondary school and the teacher's seminar in Lucerne
1991 - Graduates with a theory and piano diploma from the SMPV under Peter Mital - trains further under the tutelage of Eva Serman
Since 1990 - Experiments with electronic tapes (cutting, looping etc.)
1992 - Spends an extended period in Madrid - Performs and makes the video sound tracks for Carmen G. Bartolome
1993 - Introduction and further training in recording and audio engineering
1993 until 19977 - Accompanied studies in computer music and composition at the electronic studios of the Basel Academy of Music with Thomas Kessler
1995 - Development of her own music studio in Lucerne
1997 until 2001 - Board member of the 'FrauenMusikForum', Switzerland, responsible for new media and homepage
Since 1986 - Teaches at the music schools of Kriens and Meggen
Since 1993 - Receives numerous commissions for works from the whole of Switzerland for experimental videos, theatre and room installations - cutting and sound processing for voice and sounds etc.
- Live mixing and recording of concerts and subsequent processing of the material to CDs - Audio engineer and director of electronic pieces
Since 1994 - Performs her own compositions based on processed analogue noises and tones (including in 1997 at the International 'FrauenMusikFestwochen' in Lucerne and in 1998 the 'Festival Musica Scienza' in Rome)
- Performs concerts with improvised and composed music using a sampler, synthesizer & effects in various duos and trios including together with Ernst Thoma, Thomas K.J. Mejer, Beat Unternährer, Bobby Burri, Fredy Studer, Cristin Wildbolz etc.
1998 - Birth of daughter Wilma
2001 - Sponsored financial contribution offered by the Swiss Association of Musicians
