Biography
* 05. 11. 1967.

Anne Chollet was fascinated by the organ from an early childhood age and begins her musical studies with the piano, which became her second passion.
In 1984 she commenced studying the two instruments at the Conservatoire de Lausanne: piano with Daniel Spiegelberg, and organ with Robert Schwitzgebel. In 1989 she received teaching diplomas for both instruments. Jean-François Vaucher became her professor of organ.
Anne Chollet then joined the piano class of Christian Favre to improve her piano playing techniques and received the first prize for virtuosity in 1991. In the same year she is won the competition for the Migros Award in Zurich. In 1993, towards the end of her studies at the Conservatoire de Lausanne, she was awarded another first prize for virtuosity in the organ class of Jean-François Vaucher.
From 1993 to 1995 she worked on her artistic repertoire with Hubert Harry in Lucerne.
In 1990 she was appointed the organist of Saint-Étienne de Moudon and produced the first CD ever recorded on this historic instrument from 1764 in 1999. Anne Chollet is the founder and president of the "Amis de l'Orgue de Moudon".
