- studies under the tutelage of Hubert Harry, Lucerne, after completing his 'Matura'
1967 - piano teacher's diploma from the Lucerne Conservatory, teaching activities at various schools since then - mainly at the music schools in Zug since 1971
1968 onwards - diverse commissions for compositions and performances of his own work in concert and for radio - has, until now, written almost exclusively chamber music, mostly for piano.
